Cinnamons are an American breed with close ties to the greater Northwest. There were developed in Montana by Ellis Houseman and accepted into the ARBA standards in Tacoma, WA in 1972. Cinnamons are a commercial breed weighing in at about 8.5 to 11 pounds. They are a rich, russet brown color - deep Cinnamon. Although not considered "endangered", they are also a rarity in the showroom. They are number 4 on the ARBA top 16 list of Rare Breeds!
We are members of the Cinnamon Rabbit Breeders Association (CRBA) and Marian serves as President of the CRBA.
